My name is Teacher Tobey. ^_^

I am what's called a Japanophile.
It means I love Japanese culture and its people! <3 <3 <3
At my university, I took up International Studies because I love learning about geography, world cultures, peoples and especially, their languages.
My TOEIC score is 955/990.
I have taught English for more than two
years now, from kids to adults and to the elderly. And I must say, the Japanese personality is very endearing to me. I'm so delighted to have met and befriended many Nihonjin because it has been my childhood dream to have many Japanese friends. This is why I'm also studying Nihonggo.
My dream in the future is to become a successful Anison and J-Pop singer and also a mangaka! In my free time, I rehearse a lot of English and Japanese songs. I also write and develop my own stories and characters so that in the future, I can get published in Shonen Jump Magazine! :-O
My style in teaching English is very cheerful, energetic and omoshiroii!
And if you have difficulty in speaking, that's alright, because I can speak a little Japanese. I can guide you to learning English the easy and fun way, so "Hazukashii garanaide ne?" ^_^

After watching the video, my impression is that the Amazon is a quite similar comnany to a typical BLACK company in Japan for the following reasons.
- Amazon does not allow authorize a labor union.
- Employees are foced to work long hours with low wages.
- Employees are restricged from taking a break, even to go to the restroom.
However, it' a true that Amazon gets tons of profits ever.

I forgot to tell you, the Shogo's video told the 5 reasons to avoid BLACK COMPANY in Japan.
The 6th reason is to study hard while you are in schools.
The more you learn many things, the more likely you are to get more posibilitesi to work in a comfort company.

There are some public institutions to monitor Black Companies, such as "Labor Standards Inspection Office", "Ministry of Health Labour Wellfare", etc in Japan.
However, they cannot accept all requests because their resources are limited.
As a result, employees, job seekers, and new graduates need to pay much attention to Black companies to avoid troubles.

As I said in the lesson, I like prank videos on Youtube.
The videos made in other countries, the US, have high quality, than that of Japan. They are like a short movie with elaborate properties, video editing technology, etc.
I assume that the number of prank videos in Japan is decreasing, probably because of morality and criticism.

This YouTube video accurately explains the definition of "Black Company" in Japan.
I suppose that the IT industry in Japan has a lot of "Black Companies' in Japan.
The characteristic of the IT Black Compnies is to force their employees to do 'Low-skill work', which is a titular and monotonous work.
