Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Tokyo Area Condo Prices Hit Record High in 2025' that you kindly selected for me on 23 Feb. 2026.
Nowadays, I must admit that it is quite difficult for even high-earning professionals, with the exception of the business elite, to purchase condos in central Tokyo.
Based on statistical data, condo prices in Tokyo hit bottom around 2003 to 2004. Today, many people deeply regret missing the opportunity to buy a property at that time.
As I mentioned in the lesson, there are some effective options that can significantly impact your life.
Renting a house in a suburban area is a great choice because it allows you to save a lot of money.
Purchasing a pre-owned condo is also a good idea, as the average price is typically 20 to 30% lower than that of a new one.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Like a Diamond: The World's Most Expensive Rice' that you kindly selected for me on 19 Feb. 2026.
I wouldn't buy the world's most expensive rice because the price of ordinary rice has already doubled.
According to reports, one of the main underlying causes of the surge in rice prices lies with wholesalers in the rice industry.
In general, they act as middlemen who make a significant profit distributing the rice.
Even if new technologies are developed to improve crop yields, consumers will not be able to buy rice at a reasonable price because of these intermediaries.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'The 2 p.m. Slump: The Most Tired Time of Day' that you kindly selected for me on 10 Feb. 2026.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I take a short nap during lunchtime. In addition, I never eat lunch to avoid gaining weight.
For that reason, I'm less likely to feel the 2 p.m. slump.
However, I realized that most of my colleagues are more likely to feel the 2 p.m. slump.
This slump is mainly caused by a full stomach after eating lunch.
I'd like to recommend my routine to mitigate the slump at the office.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'What Makes Some People So Competitive?' that you kindly selected for me on 4 Feb. 2026.
Most Japanese regard being competitive as a vice, because they are more likely to succumb to the pressure to conform.
Therefore, being competitive is one of the keys to increasing one's salary in Japanese society.
Of couse, the most effective way to boost your income is to switch companies or pivot to a new industry.
owever, you must be competitive unless you leave your current company.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'People Turning to Old-Fashioned Ways to Stay Offline' that you kindly selected for me on 3 Feb. 2026.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I choose between digital tools and old-fashioned methods, depending on the situation.
For instance, I prefer paper books to e-books because digital books might become unreadable if the service provider goes bankrupt.
Meanwhile, I prefer digital calendars to paper ones because they are useful for reminding me of important events via alerts and emails.
I suggest that we take advantage of both old-fashioned and modern methods by having a profound understanding of them.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the "Save Money, Exercise More: Common Goals for 2026" that you kindly selected on 16 Dec. 2025.
My New Year's resolutions are to not get a cold, to donate blood at least four times, and to take iTalk English every single day in 2026.
I only caught a cold once this year, which I consider a great achievement. I have also donated blood twice in 2025.
I would like to improve my health further by taking it to the next level.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
