Actually I don’t know how old is my mother exactly. So I can say she is in her early 70’s. It’s really useful expression!

Thank you so much, Sarah.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from grammar questions and the material based on the article "Japan to Increase Reliance on Nuclear Energy" that you kindly selected on 23 Feb. 2025.
The following preposition questions were difficult for me.
1) He's been accused of robbery.
2) Some students are exempt from certain exams.
6) We're allergic to this body soap.
8) Everyone was angry about the terrorist attack.
9) I'm really angry at/with John for his total lack of responsibility.
When it comes to the incidenent of the Fukushima Daiichi power plant in 2011, the former CEO Mr. Shimizu of TEPCO (Tokyo Electric Power Company) must be blamed for the incident.
The Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry announced that tidal wave causes a loss of control power to the plant based on the Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami 2004 happened in the west coast of northern Sumatra, Indonesia, but the former CEO completely ignored this warning.
This is an siginificant example of how incompetent people should not be the leaders of organizations.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Intentional Clutter Trend Makes Mess Look Good" that you kindly selected on 16 Feb. 2025.
I have heard about "Minimalists" who keep their rooms almost empty.
However, It was not until I read this article that I realized the trend of intentional clutter.
I suppose which is better, the "intentional clutter or the "minimalizing space", depends on whether it causes stress or not.
I suppose that men are more likely to be intentional clutterers, while women are more likely to be minimalists.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the English grammer confirmation "gerund & infinitive" and the material based on the article "Nissan to scrap merger talks with Honda" that you kindly selected on 9 Feb. 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, NISSAN has repeatedly faced financial difficulties many times in the past. So, many Japanese must say, "Not again".
I'm interested in the reason why they lapse into the crisis. So I looked for the answer on the internet.
Some experts insisted the main reason is that the executive and CEO are incompetent despite NISSAN's a high technology.
As is often the case with traditional Japanese companies, just because someone has an executive title does not mean they are competent.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |
