Thank you so much, Sarah.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "A Senior's Version of FACEBOOK" and "European Doctors Try Soial Prescribing for Health" that you kindly selected on 23 Aug. 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, the Senior's Version of Facebook is a sarcastic article about social media, especially Facebook.
It was really funny, and it made me laugh so much.
Meanwhile, I agree that social prescribing is a good method for improving people's health.
I wonder how they can possibly fund such activities, unless the supporters and doctors are volunteering for free.
I guess the activities are subsidized by the government to a certain degree.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Sarah.
IIt was an enjoyable and informative lesson as always, including vocabulary for Aug. 17, 2025.
1. prying
2. sneaking
3. peeking
4. eavesdropping
5. overhearing
6. snooping
I have heard the 1, 2, 3, and 5, but the 4 and 6 were unfamiliar to me.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Sarah.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Italy Fines Shein Over 'Greenwashing' Claims" that you kindly selected on 10 Aug. 2025.
There are some fast fashion brands in Japan, such as UNIQLO, GU, H&M and SHIMAMURA.
I appreciate UNIQLO's clothing, but I don't rate it highly as apparel products, but I highly appreciate it as an underwear manufacturer due to its durability.
I'm not sure such fast fashion companies are doing 'greenwashing' as well as "Shein", but it is getting popular even in Japan.
I have no idea if the Japanese government can punish manufacturers for greenwashing under the current law, but I would not like to purchase their products.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Sarah.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Japanese Teacher Gets in Trouble for Having a Side Job" that you kindly selected on 3 Aug. 2025.
A teacher in a public school in Japan has a good status because public servants are guaranteed stable salaries and never get fired unless they commit a crime. Of course, the teacher's salary was insufficient because he has reached the retirement age of 60. However, he should not have done side hustles to retain his status.
Meanwhile, only a few Japanese companies allow their employees to have side hustles, but they impose strict restrictions on these activities. I would not like to work in a side job to focus on my own job.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
