Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "SoftBank Group Launches New Healthcare Venture with AI " that you kindly selected on June 30 2024.
As I said in the lesson, Mr. Son, CEO of SoftBank is known as a greedy businessman will provide this service with low fee at first.
As the user of the service reaches a certain number, I expect that he will increase the fee.
However, the most significant thing is that the service provides quite accurate information to patients.
In the past, there was a similar service in Japan, but it spread false information even though the information was critical to one's life.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article 70% of Japanese Workers Are 'Quiet Quitting' that you kindly selected on June 23 2024.
As I mentioned in the lesson, the 70% of Japanese workers are quiet quitting is higher than I had thought.
I forgot to tell you, but employees in Japanese traditional large companies are more likely to work until they reach their retirement age than those in small and medium-sized companies.
For that reason, I assume that the survey was conducted for employees in Japanese small and medium-sized companies.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "9 Million Homes in Japan Are Empty" that you kindly selected on May 19 2024.
As I said in the lesson, the best way to deal with an empty house is to sell it as soon as possible.
It is obvious that the population of Japan is decreasing, so the number of an empty house is increasing.
Before the price goes down, sell the empty house.
Holding an empty house could be a risk, for such as paying taxes on the property.
In addition, I expect that the owners of the empty houses would have a duty to maintain or repair them.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article 'UN warns of environmental e-waste catastrophe' that you kindly selected on April 10 2024.
The article says that the number of Gmail users is over 1.7 billion people, but I assume that one use may have multiple Gmail accounts.
So, the actual number of of Gmail users is not 1.7 billion people.
However, the Gmail is superior to other email services in terms of integration of other Apps, like, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Map, etc.
Of course, our privacy can be elicited by Google, but we can use these Gmails for free.
I hope other outstanding email servcices will be developed.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article 'Prices of Over 2,800 Food Items Rising in Japan' that you kindly selected on April 8 2024.
As I said in the lesson, I have noticed that the prices of many foods, vegetables and fish and meat have really increased, because I sometimes go to grocery stores sometimes.
However, the prices of some itemssuch as eggs, have remained the same.
Half a year ago, the price of eggs doubled because of bird flu, but recently the price has come to normal as it is used to be.
Anyway, what we can do is to do shopping at discount stores as a countermeasure against inflation.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the Youtube Video 'Japan Tops Nation Brands Index for First Time' that you kindly selected on March 6, 2024.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I was a little bit surprised after reading the article.
Although the current economic situation of Japan is not good, the Nation Brands Index of Japan was ranked as the top among 60 countries.
According to the latest NEWS, Japan's of GDP rank dropped from 3rd to 4th in the world.
Considering these facts, I assume that the elements of the Nation Brands Index are unfairly advantageous to Japan.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was a pleasant, tactful class as usual from the article "Nanmoku: Japan's Oldest Village Struggles to Survive | Engoo Daily News" you kindly chose on 12nd Feb. 2024.
There are many villages and towns in Japan that are declining in population.
In general, the smaller the resident population, the less tax revenue the municipality receive from the residential tax.
However, the 'Home tax' system is available in Japan.
Taxpayers can choose a specified local government as their tax destination. The local government sends specialties as a gift to taxpayers in return of the tax, because they can acquire unexpected residential tax.
As long as a local government strives to attract taxpayers with specialties, they can get extra revenue.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

It was a pleasant, tactful class as usual from the material based on the article 'Fuji Climbers to Pay $13 Fee from Summer 2024' you kindly chose on 7th Feb. 2024.
I agree with the idea of raising the entrance fee to Mt. Fuji to avoid overcrowding.
In general, climbers are required to pay for the following expenses.
1) Equipment rental fee.
2) Lodging fee.
3) Transportation fee.
Considering these expenses, an additional 1,000 yen is not a big deal.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
