Message	Hello! My name is Charlene, and I am one of the first teachers here in iTalk English. I have many years of experience teaching English, and I started my teaching journey here at iTalkEnglish. After that, I became a Head Teacher in an English camp, where I helped students and supported other teachers. I also lived in Hanoi, Vietnam for six years to teach English. While I was there, I worked at an English center that taught Japanese professionals and their families living in the city. This helped me understand different cultures and different ways students learn. I am patient, friendly, and very good at teaching beginner students. I enjoy helping learners grow their confidence and improve step by step. Gaku 2026-03-11	Thank you so much, Charlene. It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always on 10 March 2026. This lesson was 'decide and defend'. As I argued in the lesson, I have no desire to leave my current company. In traditional Japanese corporate culture, the older an employee becomes, the more challenging it is to transition to a new job. If I were younger, I would choose a job based on salary, because being young is a major advantage when pursuing a better career. Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
