It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "The Art of Accepting 'No': Rejection Therapy" that you kindly selected on 25 Jan. 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I hesitated to ask someone because of my personality in our office, as if I did not want to bother them.
However, nowadays I try to ask my colleague for tasks in order to pursue the effectiveness of our work.
Meanwhile, the therapy in the article may have strong side effects as mentioned in the article, so I don't agree with it.
I suppose receiving a lot of rejection can cause collateral damage to us mentally, it discourages us more.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

I forgot to mention that I wanted a model gun when I was a kid.
However, my parents did not allow me to have it, even though it was a toy.
The main reason is that those guns can fire plastic bullets. As a result, they could hurt others.
From a risk management perspective, my parents' decision was the right one. It makes sense.

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the YouTube video "From Japan to Hawaii: The History of Aloha Shirts" that you kindly selected on 11 Jan. 2025.
It wasn't until I read the article that I understood that Aloha Shirts are not originated to Hawai.
Aloha shirts are recognized as symbolic clothes of Hawaii, there are some Japanese people who wear them in summer season, because wearing them is quite comfortable.
Meanwhile, there is no one who wear Aloha Shirt in winter season except for oddities.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
