Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Study: Food Tastes Better When Made by a Loved One" that you kindly selected on 11 Oct. 2025.
I suppose that the experiment is valid because it is conducted using a blind test.
As I mentioned in the lesson, family can distinguish home-made dishes and dishes made by a chef for the following theory:
- In general, a mother is neither a professional nor a chef.
- Therefore, she would not follow a recipe completely.
- This difference may affect the taste of a dish.
- Families have eaten these dishes for many years.
- They can recognize the taste with slight differences in flavor.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Why Camper Vans Are Becoming Popular in Japan" that you kindly selected on 9 Oct. 2025.
Sometimes I like to watch videos showing life in camper vans.
At the moment, it would be difficult for me to purchase a camper van due to financial and time reasons.
However, I can imagine a life in a camper van with such videos, even though I don't have one.
In addition, a camper van can be a sort of shelter if disaster strikes.
Someday, I would like to have my own camper van.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "How Can Purpose Boost Your Health and Success?" that you kindly selected on 3 Oct. 2025.
I agree that purpose can boost your health and success.
I often do this method with setting short and mid objectives during my work, because I understood the mehtod is qutie effective.
So, I'd like to apply the method to my daily life to enrich my entire life.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Why Do People Age Faster in Some Countries?" that you kindly selected on 1 Oct. 2025.
I thought genetic or environmental reasons dominated the decision of how one ages.
Meanwhile, there is a famous man who is doing anti-aging in the US.
His name is Bryan Johnson. He spends a lot of money on supplements, health equipment, and so on.
However, it seems that he failed in certain methods, such as taking certain and meaningless tablets and changing blood plasma, etc.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Japanese Companies Increase Hiring of Workers With Disabilities" that you kindly selected on 29 Sep. 2025.
I'm in favor of the idea of hiring workers with disabilities.
In fact, Japanese law requires companies with a certain number of employees to hire people with disabilities.
However, only a few companies in Japan can afford to hire them, such as large or famous companies that can generate tons of profit.
Therefore, it would be difficult to hire them all. Consequently, few applicants with disabilities can work at these companies.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Global AI Adoption Creates Digital Divide Between Rich and Poor Nations" that you kindly selected on 27 Sep. 2025.
This article reminds me of the past "Digital Divide," in around 2000, which refers to the disparity between people who can use the internet and computers and those who cannot. Nowadays, the subject is shifting from the internet to AI.
However, everyone can easily use an AI service without consicous of using AI.
For that reason, ordinary people do not need to learn about the detailed knowledge of AI.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Foreign Workers in Japan Hit Record High" that you kindly selected on 26 Sep. 2025.
I'm for the trend of increasing foreign workers unless they violate Japanese rules and laws.
Actually, my supervisor is a foreign worker who came from another country.
Meanwhile, Japanese companies should not exploit foreign workers.
Both Japanese and foreign workers should strive for a win-win relationship.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Unlock Creativity and Beat Burnout with Move Think Rest" that you kindly selected on 24 Sep. 2025.
The "MTR", which stands for Move, Think, Rest, reminds me of a proverb in Japan.
One of them is "Study hard, play hard." Most Japanese people have heard this famous phrase.
However, I suppose ordinary adults cannot follow the phrase if they work for certain organizations.
They have to devote themselves and compromise their behavior to companies.
Consequently, they have to only work and cannot afford to play hard.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "How Did China Rise to Rule Green Energy?" that you kindly selected on 23 Sep. 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, based on my experience, most Japanese high tech companies are more likely to pursue profits than technological advancement.
This is one of the reasons why Japan lags behind other countries in the high-tech industry.
Meanwhile, I suspect the China's patent achievements seem a bit fishy. For example, are those patents truly worth being valid? Because low-value patents mean they retain little value for actual development.
So, I'm not sure how much China can contribute to the rising rule green energy in the near future.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Reckless Climbers Defy Off-Season Ban on Mt. Fuji" that you kindly selected on 22 Sep. 2025.
I agree with the idea of banning on Mtuji in off-season for safety and reasons.
Every year, many new climbers have accidents and some of them lose their lives in winter seasons.
There are no laws banning climbing mountains in the off-season. However, it would be difficult to establish a new law because restrictions may violate freedom.
I don't have experience of climing Mt. Fuji so far, but I'd like to do it someday.
I will make elaborate preparations, such as booking a mountain lodge and hiring a guide. etc.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

As I mentioned in the lesson, Capsule Toys remind me of my childhood, because I often enjoyed them a lot when I was a kid.
Today, I wouldn't like to purchase unnecessary stuff, because my living space is limited.
Even if I purchase tiny items, the amount of stacked items may still take up space.

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Is Inequality In Japan Really Growing?" that you kindly selected on 17 Sep. 2025.
I really feel that inequality in Japan is growing in everyday life. For instance, my salaries have been stagnant, but the prices have been increasing.
Meanwhile, statistical data has proven that inequality in Japan has not been increasing.
Social media is one of the reasons for the gap.
The lives of wealthy and impoverished people are visualised through the media.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "How Can Parents Help Kids Study Without Teaching?" that you kindly selected on 15 Sep. 2025.
There are some methods to support kids to study without teaching.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I will ask kids to explain what you learned because explaining to others can make your memory stronger.
However, the best methods to help kids study is direct teacing from parents.
This method is completely free and parents can teach their children as much as they like until they understand.
I'm quite lucky in that I can teach English, maths and physics to high school students, so I will take advantage of my skills.

In general, caffeine has a strong effect on keeping us awake, but I sometimes I fall asleep after drinking a few cups of coffee. I'm tolerant of caffeine because I've had many cups of coffee as part of my daily routine.
The maximum recommended daily caffeine intake is less than 400mg. One cup of coffee contains about 80mg of caffeine. So, I will keep consuption of coffee should be eqautl or less than 5 cups of coee a day.

There are some karaoke shops in my city that serve soft serve ice cream as much as customers want without charging an additional fee.
