It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Japan's Longest Loop Trail Opens in Ibaraki' that you kindly selected for me on 15 Oct. 2026.
It was not until I read the article that I realized that Japan's longest loop trail in Ibaraki Prefecture had opened.
I doubt its cost-effectiveness because the report states that there have been a number of wild bear attacks.
Who is responsible for maintaining the trail and ensuring the safety of walkers?
I suggest that local government take action to mitigate any risks, such as reducing the number of wild bears and electronic warning signs with latest information.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Half of Japanese Households Unprepared for Disasters' that you kindly selected for me on 4 Sep., 2026.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I haven't prepared for natural disasters yet for the same reasons mentioned in the article.
In addition, since I live in a detached rental home, it is impossible to install built-in disaster prevention equipment.
Even if I were to invest in a high-capacity rechargeable battery to power my home, it would only last for two to three days.
Consequently, purchasing such exorbitant equipment would ultimately be in vain.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
