Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "63,000 Bluey Coins Stolen in Sydney" that you kindly selected on August 17 2024.
As I mentioned in the lesson, Japanese people are likely to buy limited edition products.
I recommend that the Japanese government do the same, such as releasing special edition coins to improve the economic situation in Japan.
I bought a special edition of the Transportation IC card that was released for the 100th anniversary of Tokyo Station.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "Why Volunteering Can Be So Good for Our Health" that you kindly selected on August 10 2024.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I agree with the idea that volunteering can be good for our health.
However I assume that people who can afford to volunteers tend to be wealthy, so they can live longer than average.
In general, most of large Japanese companies offer re-employment system, competent employees can work until the age of 65. However, only large companies does the extension of employment, the other employees are likely to work as part-time work, such as cashiers, guards, etc.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "UK Approves Lab-Grown Meat in Pet Food" that you kindly selected on July 28 2024.
As I said in the lesson, the most important factors for lab-grown meat to prevail are initial price and quality.
The more popular the lab-grown meat becomes, the lower the price goes.
However, if the initial price is exorbitant, people are less likely to purchase it.
If the taste is not good, the people are less likely to be interested in it.
I really expect that lab-grown meat of high quality will be sold at a low price in the near future.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "36% of Americans Need Side Hustles to Pay the Bills" that you kindly selected on July 26 2024.
As I said in the lesson, having a second job is a good idea, because employees are suffering from the inflation.
However, there must be many competitors, the disadvantages would outweight the advantages the side hustles.
So, I recomend the following two optinos.
1) Think something that you can earn automatically, such as a program that perfroms buying and selling stocks or becoming the owner of an apartment.
2) Focus on your day job, not a side hustle.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "Past 12 months break extreme heat records" that you kindly selected on July 21 2024.
This article reminds me of a ridiculous rumor that the global warning does not exist, that it was made by conspiracy, although scientific statistical data exists as evidence.
The problem of Global Warning has remained unsolved for many years, it seems there is no other way to resolve it.
For individuals, we try to do 3R activities and save consumption of electric power, but there is no ohter wary for us to resolve it.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "SoftBank Group Launches New Healthcare Venture with AI " that you kindly selected on June 30 2024.
As I said in the lesson, Mr. Son, CEO of SoftBank is known as a greedy businessman will provide this service with low fee at first.
As the user of the service reaches a certain number, I expect that he will increase the fee.
However, the most significant thing is that the service provides quite accurate information to patients.
In the past, there was a similar service in Japan, but it spread false information even though the information was critical to one's life.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article 70% of Japanese Workers Are 'Quiet Quitting' that you kindly selected on June 23 2024.
As I mentioned in the lesson, the 70% of Japanese workers are quiet quitting is higher than I had thought.
I forgot to tell you, but employees in Japanese traditional large companies are more likely to work until they reach their retirement age than those in small and medium-sized companies.
For that reason, I assume that the survey was conducted for employees in Japanese small and medium-sized companies.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Fretche.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "9 Million Homes in Japan Are Empty" that you kindly selected on May 19 2024.
As I said in the lesson, the best way to deal with an empty house is to sell it as soon as possible.
It is obvious that the population of Japan is decreasing, so the number of an empty house is increasing.
Before the price goes down, sell the empty house.
Holding an empty house could be a risk, for such as paying taxes on the property.
In addition, I expect that the owners of the empty houses would have a duty to maintain or repair them.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
