自 己 紹 介 Hello! Have a pleasant day, everyone! ! This is Ms. CHERRY PIE CAPADNGAN,
and you can call me teacher PIE. I graduated at Cebu Normal University and earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology. I am a licensed professional teacher, too. Aside from teaching, I love cooking, singing, and socializing with people. I also love sports specifically, volleyball because this is one of the best ways of maintaining a healthy body. I enjoy spending time in nature, too. I am very much excited and ready to share my knowledge, capabilities and skills with you guys. I assure that you can learn a lot from me. See you in my class.

（ご両親が共に教育者の家庭に育ちましたが、フィリピンで人気のスポーツ、バレーボールの選手として大学まで活躍しました。学業も優秀で奨学金生徒であり、地域の子供たちのために指導的なボランティアを行ったりと幅広く活躍しています。とても明るく優しく朗らかな感じです。笑顔と大きな笑い声にファンが多いようです。）

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the "Why It's Best to Have Early Dinners in Winter" that you kindly selected on 15 Dec. 2025.
I did not mention it in class, but I'd like to say that one of my classmates, who is the son of a physician, has dinner at 5:00 p.m.
It is obvious that this behavior is encouraged by a medical doctor and has a valid rationale.
The article reported many benefits of having early dinners in the winter, but I believe that having early dinners is a good habit no matter the season.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Whether or not members can grow depends on the kind of conflicts.
I did employee dialogue to inform them of their performance for the year 2025, but one of them had opposition and complaints about the evaluation. This is because his characteristics and mindset are quite unique.
Finally, I succeeded in convincing him, but it took a lot of time and I got terrible fatigue.
I realized that the ability to convince such employees is not always necessary for leaders, because it is only valid for a few cases.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

If I were in the same position, I would not disclose toxic culture because the new hires would be confused.
Every company has its own unique culture, but this may be unwelcoming for newcomers.
Of course, they should learn the culture, but gradually, not all at once.

According ot the statistics data, the average lifespan of single Japanese men is 67 years, while married men live to 81 years.
The fact proves that talking to others is crucial for older people.

As I mentioned in the lesson, I have already used the "price trackers" as a tool during my shopping.
My favorite online shopping mall is Amazon, but the prices of every product fluctuate.
So, the tool can indicate when the product is available at a low price.
I recommend that consumers take advantage of these tools to make purchasing products more convenient.
Of course, they have to learn how to use them, but the tools are worth it.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

In general, a hamburger is considered junk food.
However, if you take apart a hamburger and arrange its parts on a plate, the dish seems healthy.
For that reason, I suppose that a hamburger would not be junk food if more vegitables are added.

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the "Why Is Secondhand Fashion Suddenly Everywhere?" that you kindly selected on 2 Dec. 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I love Secondhand Shop and sometimes purchase clothes there because the prices are quite reasonable.
There are even some secondhand shoes in the shop, but I wouldn't like to purchase them because it may stink even if the shoes are cleaned.
